Cancellation/Refund Policy

The cancellation/refund policy for MedRide is as follows:

  1. If the customer has a billing concern due to wrong/incorrect billing, MedRide will assess and take necessary steps to rectify the same.
  2. If MedRide is not able to execute the service request at the scheduled date and time of appointment, the amount will be refunded or the service will be rescheduled as per the customer’s request.
  3. In cases of subscription services, if the services have not been availed, proportionate refund will be processed for the balance period provided the cancellation request is made during the service period/tenure. However, this will be at the discretion of MedRide
  4. Refund will be processed to the same account used at the time of payment within 7-10 business days.
