General consultation is the easiest thing to do at MedRide. Walk in during OP hours or book a slot by phone or WhatsApp. A Loka Medicity physician is present for the full day, and your first follow-up within ten days is free.

Ten specialties from both hospitals hold clinics at Thirumala on a visiting rota. Call the front desk, describe the problem in your own words, and they will fix the specialty, the day and your time. Teleconsultation is available when the doctor is not physically at the centre.

For someone elderly or bedridden, getting to a clinic is often harder than the treatment. Our team comes to you — across Thirumala and eastern Thiruvananthapuram, during OP hours. Call the front desk and tell us what is needed.

Samples are processed in our own laboratory, so routine reports come back the same day and reach your WhatsApp. Home collection runs across the service area during OP hours.

Stocked against what our own doctors prescribe, so what is written is usually at the counter. Delivery runs across the service area the same day, free for orders above ₹500, with package rates for regular monthly medicines.

Low-dose digital X-ray on site, reported by the Loka Medicity radiology panel. ECG is read by the attending doctor, with cardiology review arranged when needed. Ultrasound, Echo and TMT are arranged at the hospital.

Day care beds are available for treatment that needs a few hours but not an admission — IV fluids and antibiotics, nebulisation, observation, dressings and minor procedures.

Medical concierge means one call does the running around. When a case needs a hospital, we arrange it. Both hospitals are offered — the choice depends on the case and what is easiest for you. The bed is confirmed, your records travel with you, MedRide arranges the ambulance, and follow-up comes back to Thirumala.
