Appointments

• A request made through the website or WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it
• Specialist consultations are by appointment on a visiting rota that varies weekly; we confirm day and time before you travel
• Home visits are arranged during operating hours; same-day visits depend on availability and when the request is received

Fees and offers

• Fees shown are current at the date published and may change; the fee payable is the fee in force on the day of your visit
• One follow-up consultation within ten days of the first is not charged
• Promotional offers are subject to the dates and conditions stated with the offer; offers cannot be combined unless stated
• Pharmacy delivery is free for orders above ₹500 within the service area

Services provided elsewhere

Admission, surgery, intensive care, ultrasound, echocardiography and advanced diagnostics are provided at Loka Medicity or Neyyar Medicity, not at Thirumala. Where this site says a service is "arranged", MedRide coordinates access; the hospital delivers it under its own terms.

Intellectual property

The MedRide name, logo, illustrations and text belong to us or our licensors. The Loka Medicity and Neyyar Medicity marks belong to their owners and appear with permission.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website or from services provided by third parties. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including in respect of clinical care actually provided. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Thiruvananthapuram have jurisdiction.
